Project SAFEguard was created to provide public safety to institutions by way of comprehensive planning, technology and systems integration solutions for situational awareness and crisis management.
Since its inception, Project SAFEguard has been popular amongst educational institutions. Because of this, the company had focused primarily on this vertical and had not expanded its reach outside of education.
I was brought on to create and implement a new marketing strategy and direction for the organization that would allow them to expand their service offerings to other verticals including: sports, municipalities, corporate enterprise, and government.
