Front Porch Digital was the global leader in content storage management. Prior to joining, the organization had been without marketing support for nearly four years. I was tasked with elevating the company’s external positioning with the goal of re-establishing the company as a global leader.
My re-positioning strategy involved:
- Launched a new website, content marketing strategy, and sales collateral.
- Developed a corporate strategy for PR, social, events and digital.
- Deployed global digital campaigns including PPC, display ads, content marketing, videos, and blogs to heighten the FPD brand on a global level resulting in a 145% increase in web traffic as well as 20% increase in marketing sourced opportunities.
- Launched an integrated lead generation campaign model to engage prospective clients at every stage of the buying cycle as well as a new lead-to-sale process resulting in a 2-month reduction of lead-to-sale time.
In Sept. 2014, due in part to my repositioning strategy, Front Porch Digital was acquired by Oracle. I was asked to transition to Oracle as the Principal Product Marketing Manager. I was tasked with developing the vision, mission, goals, strategies, and tactics for the successful launch of new products in new markets as well as expanding the current products into new verticals.
